When we started Vantage, we had a bad idea.

The plan was to connect owners and operators directly and cut out the middle. Cleaner marketplace, fewer hands in the deal. You know the pitch. Every marketplace makes it.

We were wrong.

The person who finds the deal is not friction. They are the reason the deal exists. They find the owner nobody else found, they run the numbers nobody else ran, and they hand an operator a deal they would never have sourced alone. That makes the Deal Finder as core to the cycle as the owner and the operator. So we build for all three now, not two.

Here is the honest part. When we first opened the door to Deal Finders, we built their side badly. Very badly. We made them deliver a fully underwritten deal or nothing. We could only pay a US bank account. There was nowhere for them to show their work or set their own terms. It was rough, and the people who tried it told us so. This stretch was us listening. We are growing with you, not around you.

So we rebuilt it. If you find deals, here is what is waiting. If you know someone who does, forward this to them.

1. No more handing over a finished deal just to get paid.

The old rule forced a fully underwritten deal or nothing, a lot of work on spec before anyone agreed to buy. Now it is your call, per deal. Deliver a warm, vetted lead or a full underwrite, whatever fits the operator and the work you want to do. You have the same prospecting, comp, and analysis tools the operators use, so you go as deep as a deal is worth and no deeper.

2. You get paid your way, wherever you are.

Last time, we told you the truth: payouts ran to US accounts only, and outside the US you hit a wall. That wall is gone. Two ways to get paid, your pick:

  • Get paid directly through Stripe Connect, and we take our platform fee at payout.

  • Or invoice the operator your own way, right inside the deal chat. The operator pays you the full amount, you take all of it, and we bill our part to you at the end of the month. No US bank account required.

You set the invoice, the terms, and the schedule. The operator pays and marks it paid in the same thread. Your money, your method.

Your storefront is live, and it is yours to run.

Every Deal Finder now has a storefront operators can hire from. It shows your reviews, your skills, and the markets you work. And you set the rules on it:

  • Your own refund policy.

  • Your own delivery terms.

  • Your own payment schedule: upfront, split, on delivery, or all at the end.

Every good deal you find finally has a home.

Found a solid deal that was not the right fit for the operator you were working with? It used to die in your notes. Now you list it on your storefront, and the next operator who needs it can buy it. Nothing good goes to waste.

Never sourced a deal but always figured you could? This is the easiest moment to start.
